Our accounting review is complete. It was conducted by Tom Franco, J.D., who was a longtime partner at the private equity firm Clayton, Dubliner & Rice. This year he became senior advisor there. His bio is on their website, here. He is also a student here at UTS. Daniel-José Cyan, who kept our books and made most of the disbursements last semester, turned all our books and records over to him. He confirmed our figures, checked our transactions, our accounts, our spreadsheet, our forms, our receipts, our disbursements, our confirmation methods, etc. – the whole of it. We worked hard to act with the utmost integrity in handling all funds and records and requests and disbursements, and we are incredibly proud of the review letter. Special thanks to Daniel-José and Megan Purdie (Fryer) who kept such tight books and incredible records. As always, we’re grateful to all of you for your support of our community via UMA.
